Some time ago, the Town of Fairview voted to partner with Union County in the Community Development Block Grant program.  Union County has received grant money for this program.  Part of this money will go to low- and moderate-income families who have septic system issues.  Note that priority will be given to residents in those towns that voted to participate with Union County in this program.  Fairview is one of those towns.  Note below the section from Union County Community News that refers to Septic System Repair Program.  There is a link there to the program guidelines, as well as a contact person at Centralina if you have questions or would like to apply.
